Policy MGLS-089-CLR-v1

Content & Linking Rules

Effective September 7, 2026. These rules apply to public Studio content, uploads, Artist Parade images, gallery images, profile text, events, and external links.

1. Only post material you may lawfully display

You must own the content you submit or have permission to display it. That includes any rights involving copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, recognizable people, music, sound recordings, performances, and other protected material. If permission is limited, do not use the material in a way that exceeds that permission.

2. Prohibited content and links

Do not post, promote, or link to stolen work; copyright or trademark infringement; impersonation; counterfeit goods; fraud; spam; malware; credential theft; phishing; deceptive redirects; doxxing; targeted harassment; credible threats; hateful abuse; exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; illegal goods or services; or any sexual content involving minors. Do not use MGLS to facilitate conduct that is unlawful or designed to deceive or harm others.

3. Mature artwork and nudity

Lawful adult artistic nudity may be allowed when it is presented as genuine artistic work and does not involve sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual services, or minors. Explicit pornographic content or content primarily intended for sexual arousal is not allowed in the public discovery directory. MGLS may restrict or remove material when context, presentation, or safety concerns make it inappropriate for the general-audience directory.

4. AI-assisted work

AI-assisted work may be posted only when the member has the right to use the submitted output and the post does not impersonate another person, falsely claim another person’s authorship, or falsely claim an endorsement, affiliation, or permission.

5. External links

Links must lead where the member reasonably represents they lead. Do not use link shorteners, redirects, or landing pages to hide malware, credential theft, prohibited sales, or deceptive destinations. Members remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of linked content and for outside sales, bookings, licenses, taxes, delivery, refunds, and disputes.

6. Music and performance rights

Use only music, recordings, performance material, or performer likenesses you have the right to use. MGLS currently provides its own selected Studio music library; member-supplied audio uploads and third-party music embeds are not enabled in this build. Linking to an authorized external music or performance page is allowed.

7. Reports, removal, suspension, and repeat infringement

Visitors and rights holders may report content or an account. MGLS may ask for enough information to identify the material, its MGLS location, the claimed right or safety issue, and a reliable way to contact the reporter. MGLS may restrict or remove material while reviewing a complaint, return a Studio for correction, suspend an account, or terminate repeat or serious violators. A member may use the official contact method to request correction or appeal a moderation decision.

8. Copyright and legal notices

Copyright and other legal notices should be sent through the official legal-reporting contact below. MGLS does not claim to have a registered DMCA agent or formal DMCA safe-harbor registration unless and until that registration is actually completed and published.
