Painters, musicians, writers, photographers, performers, designers, craftspeople, culinary artists, digital artists, and imaginative minds of every variety are welcome here. Each artist receives a personal Studio—a customizable space where their work, personality, and important links can come together in one memorable presentation.
This is more than a list of links. It is a glimpse into who you are.
As an artist myself, I wanted to create a space that gave other artists more than a list of links—a place where their work, personality, and style could become part of the experience.
Why Mardi Gras?
Mardi Gras has roots in Louisiana reaching back to 1699, when French explorers marked the occasion near the mouth of the Mississippi River. Over time, it became far more than a single holiday. It grew into a living display of imagination, tradition, community, and artistic expression.
Visual artists design floats, signs, costumes, masks, jewelry, keepsakes, and elaborate hand-beaded creations. Musicians fill streets and gathering places with brass, jazz, blues, zydeco, Cajun music, rhythm, and song. Dancers, actors, storytellers, and street performers turn public spaces into stages. Writers and historians preserve the stories, customs, characters, and legends that give each celebration meaning.
Even the food is an art form. Bakers, chefs, and family cooks carry generations of culture through king cakes, gumbo, jambalaya, pralines, and countless Cajun and Creole traditions.
Mardi Gras shows us what happens when many different talents are given room to shine. Every artist contributes something different, yet together they create an experience greater than any one part.
That spirit is the foundation of Mardi Gras Link Studio.
A Digital Parade of Artists
Think of Mardi Gras Link Studio as an online festival of talent. Every Studio is its own stop along the parade—a personal space shaped by the artist’s work, colors, words, music, atmosphere, and links.
Visitors can explore the Artist Parade, search for particular talents, discover someone unexpected, and then follow that artist wherever they want to lead—whether that is a portfolio, shop, social page, music platform, booking page, publication, or personal website.
There is no single correct way to be an artist here. If you use imagination and skill to create something that can be seen, heard, read, tasted, worn, felt, experienced, or enjoyed, there is a place for you in the parade.
